He had to, of course, because the sun had weakened him so, but Edgeworth's point still stands. Besides, he'd been abducted, and the fear gas perfected on him was then unleashed on imPorts and natives alike. Even if the government knows what an imPort is capable of, there's no telling what they'll do with that power, and so they need precautions.]
